What Can You Expect From Our Small Group Training?

The small group session is all about helping you thrive with individualized instruction while also taking on the motivation and energy of competing against those around you.

Our Small Group Training at Prepare For Performance includes 60-minute workouts 2-3 times per week. We'll work together to establish a few goals and priorities for each session and then we'll make it happen.

  • 20 minutes of strength training: Take on total-body movements and improve your efficiency and effectiveness.

  • 10 minutes of high-intensity conditioning: Enjoy incredible fat burning and improve your endurance.
