Our Small Group Training at Prepare For Performance includes 60-minute workouts 2-3 times per week. We'll work together to establish a few goals and priorities for each session and then we'll make it happen.
Here's what you can expect from each session:
- 20-minute active warmup: We'll focus on improving your agility and power output while we get you ready to go.
- 20 minutes of strength training: Take on total-body movements and improve your efficiency and effectiveness.
- Scalable strategies: Adjust the workload to meet your skill level and help you progress over time.
- 10 minutes of high-intensity conditioning: Enjoy incredible fat burning and improve your endurance.
